Our smart cart uses USP as the default shipping method and automatically calculates the proper shipping costs based on your zip code. This feature insures that you will never be over billed as it's uses exact point to point calculations. The maximum shipping weight for USP Ground is 150 pounds. For shipping weights over 150 lbs. We use UPS 100 for shipments not exceeding 150 lbs.

Amounts over 150 lbs. are delivered via an economical weight service. We will contact you about the exact costs shortly after your order has been submitted, but not processed.

Freight is F.O.B. Concord, Ca.

Open Accounts

Freight will be added to invoice on all orders.

Back Orders

Sometimes even at Crowbar, there may be and occasional part that is back ordered. We will contact you and advise you if any item you order is back ordered and the approximated date that your item will be shipped. When back orders are ready to be filled and is over 7 days old, customer will be contacted to verify current needs. Back orders for items totaling under $35.00 must be reordered. All back order items will be shipped at no charge to customer.

Guarantees

Crowbar Electrical Parts only supplies first quality merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 days from date of purchase, call our Sales Department at 1 (800)-949-9902 outside US call 1 (925)-689-9090 for a Return Authorization Number (RA). The (RA) must appear on the outside of the shipping carton or your package will be refused.

Crowbar Electrical Parts will either credit or exchange, upon receipt. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

All shipping or invoice errors must be reported within 14 of invoice date.

Open Account Terms

Net 30 day terms.
Open accounts terms - net 30 terms are available to companies whose opening order is $350.00 or more and then monthly purchase volume will substantiate open account terms.

Any accounts exceeding 30 days will be closed and interest will be applied a the rate of 18 % per annum.
